SwiftRocket Features

SwiftRocket provides all the necessary tools and features any nonprofit would need to manage their critical data.  Below are the core features available in all our plans.

Contacts

Manage any contact interacting with your organization. This can include clients, donors, volunteers, or anyone you want to track. All you need is a name to get started. If you would like to learn more about managing contacts,

Program Data

Fundraising

Manage your fundraising data within your organization. This can include grant tracking, donor information, campaigns, donations/gifts and creating custom donor forms to collect donations/gifts directly.

Volunteering

Manage your organization volunteers. This can include volunteer information, availability, and completed/scheduled activities. You can even search your available volunteers at any given time.

Events

Manage your organization's events. This includes event information, program specific events, registration and attendance, and customized forms for events. You can create individual or recurring events.

Storage

Upload important documents and files to your storage space for sharing and availability. All files are secured and only available to other users in your organization. You can even assign files to individual contacts or events..

Custom Forms

Manage your own custom data proprietary to your organization. You can use our easy to use drag and drop form creator to create any custom fields and forms to meet your needs. You can make your forms publicly available for your clients to fill out directly and securely, or leave them private only to be filled out internally by your organization''s staff or users.

Integrations

Integrate your data from other commonly used 3rd party nonprofit software. Integration can be as simple as using our self guided import tool to bring in data from spreadsheets, or configuring more complex syncing integrations w/ other software.

Security

We use SHA-256 with RSA SSL encryption, optional 2FA (two-factor authentication), cloud infrastructure w/ redundancy offering 99.99% availability, and nightly backups. You can create unlimited users. We offer user permission management and access control to protect your data on a program to program level.

We strive to offer the highest quality customer support experience. We not only will provide support on any issues or questions, but will take customer feedback and feature requests to make our software a better experience. We also offer a knowledge base with textual and video tutorial instructions.
